Winemakers Dinner 6:30-9pm March 3rd 2012 @ The Wild Pear in Salem
We will be having four great courses with our wines plus Larry will bring along Two Surprise Library Wines to sample!
  $80 per person very limited seating email Veronika to reserve yours.

Marinated shrimp, crab and mussles with shaved fennel, Napa cabbage, avocado tossed in our
house made orange-dijon dressing.

Five Spice Cured Carlton Pork Belly
With melons, caramel gastrique and crispy leeks

~2008 Stangeland Tempranillo Course~
Balsamic Glazed Beef Short Ribs
With cured tomato risotto gratin and grilled asparagus

With spiced red wine syrup and vanilla bean creme anglaise

Sunday 12-5pm

The McMinnville Wine & Food Classic, is held annually in McMinnville. This event is brought to you by the dedicated volunteer hours of families, staff, & friends of Saint James Catholic School.
Enjoy the culinary variety and relaxed atmosphere. Watch some of the area's best Chefs in the Northwest demonstrate their skills. Talk with winemakers and vintners and learn the intricacies of their trade. Purchase by the taste, glass, bottle or case. Visit with the artisans and view their work which is available for purchase.  First 1000 Attendees will receive a free wine glass on Friday. See you there!

Come howl at the moon and celebrate the Equinox in the Eola-Amity Hills!  This is our fourth year of this very successful event.  

Our guests will love the chance to taste wines and discuss the vintage with many of the key principals of the Eola-Amity Hills winemaking community.
